Lovely little and stunningly beautiful place, I truly enjoyed excellent personnel.

the guest room was huge with a large bathroom and the location was magnificent and incredible. the atmosphere created was elegant. the hotel was in the heart of verona. and it was also short walk to the train station and the arena, and old town, especially arena, plaza, and bus stop to go to sirmione.

The breakfast is nice, appreciated pastries and fruit❤❤

Las piezas son muy espaciosas, cómodas y limpias y está ubicado muy cerca al barrio antiguo, con muy buena calefacción y baños amplios.

no cuenta con recepción permanente, de manera que se debe llamar con antelación para dar aviso de la hora de llegada. Eso no está especificado antes de hacer la reserva, si no que llega un mail luego de que expira el tiempo para anular la reserva, especificandolo. El mail además dice que la ausencia de recepción no es motivo para anular la reserva. Eso complica y genera un estrés cuando se anda de vacaciones relajadas, sin hora justa para trenes. A esto se suma que los desayunos son de muy mala calidad.

Great location. I could walk to all the major sites in Verona. Easy to catch the bus back to the train station. Great breakfasts included in the price. Free interent use which I appreciated.

The staff seemed to be taking care of other properties as well as this B&B so when I arrived there wasn't anyone there to greet me. I had to press an intercom out on the sidewalk to speak with someone about checking in. Someone came for me about 5 minutes later but I would have liked to have someobne there in person when I arrived.

Very knowledgeable and knowledgeable staff and the place was fairly clean. The guest room was huge, it had a fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. The breakfast with cheeses and a great assortment of breads, for instance was perfect for what you got. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was amazing. There were computers and printers for doing my work.

The B&B in Verona exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, spacious room with a table and chairs, convenient location near Piazza Bra, and clean shared bathrooms.

if something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. for instance, coffee machine and kettle did not work in the morning, it was something related to electricity and we didn't bother to call the number and wait for someone to come and fix it. It was Sunday morning.

Conveniently located between the train station and city center. Spacious, comfortable room with ample furniture and a safe. Breakfast is satisfying with a variety of options. 24-hour kitchen access with coffee machine and free snacks from the fridge. Helpful and polite owner.

We loved the perfect location, just a short walk from the railway station and close to the center. The room was clean and had good standard furniture. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They provided excellent local information and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was also very good.

We felt very much at home and had no complaints at all.

Cittadella is located very conveniently near the Arena but in a side road which is very quiet, considering you are in the city. The room we stayed in was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is taken in the room and there was plenty of space for the table and chairs. An added bonus was the computer/wifi access for guests. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Shared bathrooms. Unable to book the only en suite room so had to share a bathroom - the main problem with this was the noise. Because the door had a lock rather than a bolt, you could hear the noise of the door shutting and being locked constantly - worse for us as we were opposite the door, other rooms may not have been so affected. It would not stop me returning. Breakfast mostly fine with plenty of choice, unfortunate if you stay the same day as greedy guests who take more than their share!

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and best. The breakfast had a lot of food, including fresh coffee, tea, refreshments, pastries, and fruit.
